Alok Daga’s accomplishments include delivering an integration of US and Canadian Business Banking and North American Commercial Bank operations. This ensures a seamless client experience across evolving and diversifying transactional use cases. In the early 2000s, he consulted with the organization on credit process integration. He oversaw a five-year, $50 million effort that created a common set of processes and platforms across Canada, the United States, and Europe. This effort required building out new protocols and tools for activities such as originations, underwriting, loans, and bankers’ acceptances.
